The Sink Hole Cover will not achieve a water tight seal on its own, and an approved silicone product will have to be applied in between the sink surface and the Sink Hole Cover. 

The WMOB and IMOB are made of a High Impact Polystyrene.

Air Admittance Valves open automatically to admit air into the drainage system when wastewater flows and negative pressure develops, equalizing pressure and supporting proper drainage. When not in use, the valve closes to block sewer gases from escaping into occupied spaces.

Ice maker outlet boxes are recessed plumbing boxes that terminate the water supply line for refrigerators with ice makers. They provide a code-compliant, accessible connection point that helps reduce the risk of leaks behind appliances.

Washing machine outlet boxes are recessed plumbing boxes that serve as the termination point for hot and cold water supply lines and the drain connection for a washing machine.

After the toilet has been removed, you must remove the existing toilet bolts and clean all the old wax off the existing toilet flange. Decide how much height is needed in order for the bottom of the top flange to be parallel with the finished floor height. You should replace the existing flange if it is broken or rusted badly; the spacer kit will not work for this application. After confirming the existing flange is in good condition, install the new extra-long toilet bolts into the flange. You can use the gaskets that come with the kit to seal between multiple PVC spacers, but 100% silicone is recommended between the top of the existing flange and the bottom of the first spacer. This will ensure that all voided areas are water tight between the transition points. After the desired height is reached, the flat washers and 1/4" nuts are threaded onto the extra-long bolts. This will compress and hold the spacers in place. It is recommended that you try and secure the new spacer or spacers to the subfloor through the four holes molded into the spacers. You can now install a wax seal and finish the toilet installation. Never use one of the seals in place of the wax seal. THE TOILET WILL LEAK WHEN FLUSHED!

If the pipe ends are cut square, chamfered, and assembled correctly, they will perform without failure in the following conditions: Knock-Out caps can withstand up to 10psi or a 30ft head pressure End-Cap can withstand up to 15psi or a 40ft head pressure Push-Cap can withstand up to 10ft head pressure MS End-Cap can withstand up to 15psi or 40ft head pressure  

Pipe guard is used to help protect any ½” to 1” water line installed underground, or passes through concrete floors.   

All test caps are compatible with ABS and PVC pipe materials. The Knock-Out, End-Cap and MS End-Caps can be solvent welded to ABS or PVC materials with solvent cement matching the pipe material. 

The toilet and lavatory sink pipes are already sealed against infestation as they pass through the concrete floor. Shower drains are sealed during installation, but tub drain are left exposed as they pass through the concrete. The Oatey Tub Boxes are designed to seal the tub drains that are exposed from under the concrete floor. The tub drain is installed inside the Tub Box before the concrete floor is finished, and the pipe penetration sealed. This completes an insect and rodent free installation.

Yes. The access panels will accept most paint materials and wallpapers. We suggest that you check with the paint and wallpaper manufactures for their recommended installation instructions before attempting these applications.
